تمامی انواع سانسور برای جلوگیری از هرگونه بهچالش گرفتن اصول فعلی و موسسات موجود صورت میگیرد. هرگونهای از پیشرفت با به چالش گرفتن اصول فعلی آغاز و با ریشهکنی موسسات و سازمانهای موجود تثبیت میشوند. نتیجه اینکه اولین شرط پیشرفت، حذف سانسور است.
